INTERVIEW PROCESS

DJ to provide Administration with guest name, phone number, and if the interview will be done here in the station or by phone.

Administration will call the guest to set up the interview and get their email address.

Administration will send email to guest confirming the time & date of interview and a form to fill out.

DJ to be copied on this email.

The next day, Administration will call the guest and confirm that the email was received. 2nd email will then be sent consisting of all forms that are needed to be filled out before going on the air. The guest will have the option to fill out the forms by email or arrive 30 minutes prior to going on the air. IEA membership information will also be attached to email. A request for the guest to attach links to their social sites to direct traffic to XRadio.biz will be made on that email.

Day before interview, Administration will call guest to confirm day/time of interview.

When guest arrives (30 minutes prior to going on the air) they will need to fill out the appropriate packet (DJ, artist or guest) if not already filled out. An identification card will be requested from them. Administration will mention to the guest the price and advantage of purchasing a copy of the production.

$50 – non member / or $30 – IEA member

Administration will take a picture of the guest by XRadio.biz logo or the XMCorp. sign.

DJ will be notified that their guest is here, filling out paperwork and their interview time.

After completely filling out the paperwork, DJ will be notified that their guest is ready to be interviewed.

During the interview, Administration will enter the station and take a few pics of the show.

After their interview, Administration will take a picture of the DJ and the guest by the XRadio.biz logo or the XMCorp. sign.

Administration to make sure that the pictures and a little write up will be posted on the website.

Any additional information from the DJ is appreciated for the write up.
